Steve Baker, The Pragmatic Constitutionalist, kicked off the TPC Road Trip in Tampa last night with his first meet-up. Im4Rights owner, Tom Bradley, presented Steve with a hand-signed Im4Rights Bill of Rights flag to take on his journey.
